I use Dragon Naturally Speaking V8... but am unable to use it for entering my password..have to type that in... even though the program has been trained to type it correctly and I view what it types (separate speech bar)... yet PC never allows it to go through.
Puzzling. The word the program types in is the correct password... how would PC know whether it was spoken or typed? Any light on this would be appreciated... I can't set the computer up completely voice because I have to make sure I can reach it to type the password.

wait a minute. Are you telling me that you are SPEAKING your posts????? No way! That's so cool!!!!!!!!!
Not sure of the answer to your question, but hopefully someone else will. I guess that explains why you never make any spelling mistakes?

I have had the same problem in the past. I would suggest changing paswords.

LOL well LMo if I mumble ... It gives me all sorts of different words . So sometimes on really bad days I have to try and type and don't always do that accurately.

So, do you say "laugh out loud" or do you actually say the letters? do you have to say "dot dot dot"? What about parentheses?
I actually like the image of you speaking your posts. It feels more... human, somehow. Hmf.

Ummm, I'll ask my roomate when she gets back tonight. (She uses Dragon, and unfortunately I know very little about the program.)

Dragon is actually quite old. I would try 'typeless'...It is new with msn. It puts in comas, apostraphies, exclamations(depending on my voice)....It is great.

I trained it for l-o-l, and version 8 does the punctuation too if you wish. It will train on your previous writings (emails, lectures, whatever) and learn your pausing and patterns. IDK, brian, since I already had Dragon, it was only $100 for the upgrade.
But I still have the password blocking.

It sounds great. I use another program mainly because I do alot of coding and Dragon isn't compatible. I guess you will have to put those fingers to some use from time to time......lol
