I did not expect such hostility and I don't want to share what I have in such a toxic environment.

Can you please delete my thread in post traumatic stress please?

My thread in welcome has been deleted so I imagine it shouldn't be too much problem to delete one in ptsd?

Given so many of your membership had such a severe reaction to my thread, it probably is a good idea from that side of the fence too.

I have met some nice people here but there are too many harmful people for my liking. I'll still keep talking to people in bipolar but I don't feel safe at all in sharing anything in pstd, hence why I ask for my thread to be removed.

I can see one of the angry ones have now migrated to my bipolar thread, but I already have her on ignore.

Cheers,

Jade.

I think it is far fetched to call PC a toxic environment.

I clashed MAJOR time with people here sometimes, and it is not really because one of us are evil or wrong. It is just a way conversations of people who are emotionally unstable and have few rough life experiences are.....

Jade,

The best way to get a thread removed is to flag it and any mod/admin who is online will see the notification.

I just want to say, I'm sorry about what happened in that thread. I thought it was impressive how you used your voice to ask for what you needed and set boundaries, even if others did not respect them.

Take care.

Thanks Darkrunner,

I'll follow it through in the morning.

I'm off to bed, got so enthralled with my genealogy that I lost all track of time!

I know it's a Friday night - but still.... it's midnight! :P

Have a great weekend!

(((Living well))) i wanted to tell you i like your name. A counselor once told me living well is the best revenge. I try to live by that. :-)
Also bottom line: my mom is paranoid schizophrenic and all of us kids suffered terribly as she was untreated. She would go to
hospital when she tried to k*ll us ( at least those times people witnessed it ) i agree that personal liberty and freedom shouldnt be held above the safety of children. If someone cannot take care of him/ herself it should be a no brainer that they should not be caring for children. I'm sorry you were hurt so deeply. I ache for you. I feel your rage. I'm proud you can do what your mother couldn' t or wouldn' t. Living well sometimes really is the best revenge.

I realize you got triggered in your PTSD thread, I might not understand, but I see where you're coming from. I have a question tho seeing as tho you're frequenting my 'base' forum (bipolar): Am I welcome to respond to any of your threads or was the no unmedicated people rule only for the above mentioned thread? I ask bcos I do not want you to be triggered by me if I offer my support...

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
