I'm not really sure what we're supposed to write here, but I do have a question. How are we supposed to post our questions to the 'Ask' section? Every time I try, I'm told to log in. When I log in, it says it was successful, then takes me back to the loggin page.

That's happened to me once or twice. What I did was log out altogether, close out the main page then re-open it and sign in again. That seemed to work. It's weird I know. Maybe someone else can chime in on this. Admin?.

Does that answer your question? Can you let me know?

It may help to check the "Remember me" box temporarily when you log onto the forums. Log out, and then log back into the forums with this box checked. Then head on over to ask and see if that solves your problem:

If not, then it's likely a web browser issue that can be solved by trying a different web browser.

Best,
DocJohn

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
