I can't speak for PC in general but most forums won't release any kind of information unless they are very concerned, and even then it is very difficult to track you down. So there is very little chance that they will release any information.

Although, if you are struggling I really suggest that you contact a helpline or contact your GP or local hospital. They can talk to you about what is going on and try to help. Most hotlines will be confidential and are just a safe place to talk.
