I used to get the vast majority of my photos from Photobucket. Their format for re-sizing has changed and I find it impossible to use. Does anyone have suggestions?
I have a PC and another member with the same issue has a Mac. Any suggestions or experience will be appreciated!

Irfanview is great...does all kinds of good things including resizing. And it's free

I typed in "online photo resizer" to Google and got some of these free online services:
