how do i get the trigger icons up when iam posting and what constitutes a trigger sorry am not very savvy on computors and i just want to be careful as not to uset any one.

To display the Post Icons selection, click the [Go Advanced] button. There should be one under the text box where you write your post, whichever kind of editor you're using.
