I have tried changing time zones to british time but for some weird reason the site won't let me, I have saved changes but it seems to be stuck on US time.

You need to move to the US. just kidding - I have no idea how to fix it

I just tried it and found that everything seems to work normally except that my changes are not being saved. I didn't try changing anything else on the Edit Options page, just my time zone and DST Correction Option.
