We have a healthy parenting forum and you can also post in the Relationship forum if the kids are grown. Here's the Healthy Parenting:

hmmm... why does that sound amusing?

i picture a 9 year old logging in to the site, going to this forum and posting... oh, i don't like my mommy because of this, and this, and this, and this, and this...

would be so upsetting to the mom if she was on the site and saw the kids post

You can vent on whatever specific topical forum might be most appropriate (if there is one). If not, you could always try starting a social group for "Teens Only" or the like.

Best,
