I see pdoc and T a lot. What do they stand for? Any other lingo meanings I should know?

pdoc = psychiatrist, or some people see a med nurse, physician assistant, so basically the psych med provider

T = therapist, or therapy (depending on context), because it's easier to write and also the word therapist can be triggering for rape victims (break the word down)

We've had two other threads on acronyms, abbreviations and other "lingo", here and here.
