so I have done a few quizzes on the community and I really wanted to make print off of some of the ones I have saved to bring in to show to my councilor since we are trying to start seeing if I do have bipolar.
but I can't seem to figure out how to get ahold of quizzes I have already done and saved can anyone help me out with this.

Locate the My Profile link at the upper left of any forums page.
Click it and it'll take you to a page titled User Control Panel. In the left (Your Control Panel) column, scroll down to the "Your Quizzes" section (picture attached below) and click on the quiz(zes) you want to view the results from. The reason I included the first picture above but only attached the second one, was because I already had the first one in an album. Now you know.
