Blog on! Went into my blog/journal this morning and discovered new backgrounds to use. They are totally awesome visual soothers. Check it out. Thank you Psych Central! I think I'll start updating again.

Sounds good. Cracked, could you elaborate for me about the blog? Not HOW to blog, but the set up here at PC. I've asked others but still don't have enough info. For instance, with the first page to "get your own" it asks for a user name, (choose carefully warning) and then Blog title. Is that a permanent blog title? Is this page a precursor to setting up the visual? It's so static I am hesistant to continue.

HIT BLOG
LOGIN OR SIGN UP (I used my user name crackednfragile, I was given a code but you might be able to pick your own and then I gave it a title "darkshadows"
YOU GET YOUR SITE
THEN YOU CLICK "PRESENTATION" AND SCROLL DOWN AND PICK. (right now it it was hard to pick the one I wanted because some of the pictures didn't show up on my browser. I just kept hitting the back key and retrying til I found one I liked.

No blog title is not permanent to change it log in, bring up blog, click on blog letterhead, scroll down toand click on - admin - click on options, click on space where blog name appears in bar, delete old title, type in new title, scroll down click on save.
