There are so many good suggestions. Several of them repeat themselves; that should be a sign they'd be useful for people.

This is a good thing!

And, in the spirit of hopefully keeping things calm and friendly, I'll gently attempt to help with the "aggravated" term, as both sides have a point...

Colloquially, the word aggravated became acceptable to describe the state of exasperation or annoyance, well over 40 years ago, here on this side of the pond. (I am referring to a Webster's New World Dictionary of the American Language, College Edition, from 1968.) That means it does not indicate substandard or illiterate usage, and is perfectly acceptable in informal, conversational settings.

Language changes, and sometimes those changes are natural, legitimate, and preferably shouldn't be used as a point for splitting hairs, but for advancing communication and concepts.

Plus, we already have words on the list which are not exactly in the form of the King's English!

I see this as a chance for a few giggles, and for getting some needs met, in a small way.

Let's have fun with it.

So, I will suggest some more:

blarggghhhhh
blurrrggghhh
fffffttt
mehhh!! (different only from 'meh', in that it is more all-encompassing)
pppfffffttttlllllppppp
spinny
wowza
ugh

We definitely need a "restless" emotion because that's how I feel right now!

For mood;
Healthy
composed

For smilies
a water bottle drinker or water drinker;
eating healthy food

To add to the hug, thanks & quote line;
a smile face
or
thumbs up
Sometimes I just want to let someone know I read their post but the hug or thanks doesn't quite seem right.

I'll let you know... In the meantime, I'm going to close this thread as we have enough suggestions for this round. A new thread can be started in a few months time for new ones after we add some of the ones suggested in this thread. Sadly, we cannot add every suggestion made, so please don't be disappointed or upset if your suggestion didn't make it.

Thanks!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
