I find when i give thanks or hugs to someone i get this message next to it that says remove your thanks/hugs. How do i get rid of this please?

It can't be removed, it's there for folks if they wish to change that they've given the thanks/hugs. Sometimes we may hit the wrong button and we have the ability to remove it.

I find this useful as sometimes I hit 'thanks' when I mean to leave 'hugs' and have to quickly undo it as it looks tactless to thank the person.
