Hi All,

Have you tried using a different Web browser?
What chat link are you clicking on? Just the menu option that says "Chat" or one of the chat links under that menu?

I can only get in to chat if I use the link under "Chat" that says "Flash Chat", every other option tells me that the connection failed, or that my login is invalid. I've tried using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. Is this supposed to happen?

Nope, it is not supposed to happen. But it could be due to any of a number of reasons:
- Malware or spyware on your computer - Conservative firewall or virus software on your computer set to high security or protection settings - Disabled cookies for the site (or in general) - An Internet connection that doesn't support use of a non-standard port to our servers Glad that at least one option works for you! I had same issues at first...had to go into my settings and make sure to "allow" as an exception the chat room address...
