I use to be able to access the forums fine. IT'S NOT WORKING. It works for my phone when its on a cell connection, but not on my PC meaning I cannot come to chat. I tried clearing my browsers, restarting modems, routers and even changing DNS hosts. Nothing works. The site never is reached. It's resolved but it times out. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.

Try logging in off www.psychcentral.com I think it's the community tab.

Or

You very well may have a virus or malware that is blocking the site . I suggest you run a virus scan after you do an update. Also if you are using windows, do a windows update also. Sounds like a virus to me.

Sounds more likely to me that it's a DNS issue. Try pinging the URI and see if it resolves the I.P.

What happens when you try to access the PC website? What message(s) do you get?

To keep from timing out, be sure to tick the 'remember me' box when logging in.
