Is there, or would anybody specialized in ASPD be willing to PM me? I have some questions I don't think the general community would appreciate but would really like to know if there are answers to them. Sorry if this is not ok

We are a peer - led group and I don't think there are any professionals that are here specifically to answer questions. Have you tried the Antisocial Personality Disorder forum?

yeah...I don't think, although my questions are specifically about the inner workings of their minds, that would be a good idea...I was just hoping. I figured it was a long shot. I was not looking for therapy or anything...Just had curious questions, specifically an expert would have to answer.

an expert? Good luck with that because there are no experts in the mental health field, only guess makers. We call them doctors. The closest your gonna get to a real expert is to ask people with ASPD.

I know that's why I said I knew it was a long shot. I don't know if someone with ASPD would have the patience and willingness for these questions and be able to answer them with actual truthfulness. I know if I were to ask my husband the response would not be nice...

That last link is from a so-called self proclaimed expert who is a faith based counselor that thinks she can cure ASPD. Which translates to the farthest thing you can be from a expert
