I'm thinking of starting a club at school about mental health awareness and part of what I'd like to do is link people who are suffering to this website, because it's been really helpful to me. Is that okay or is there some rule against it?

I have a friend who is on this site because of my suggesting it. One thing to keep in mind is that the people in your group at school might figure out who you are on here and you would want to be comfortable with that. My friend already knows my background and who I am on here and I am ok with that. I would not be ok if my family came on here and saw some of my posts. My family doesn't understand what I am going through and thinks there is nothing wrong with me.
As to if there is a rule or not, I am not for sure. I am sure that a moderator or DocJohn will tell you if it is a problem.

Yes, it's fine. You never need to ask to link to another website online; it's the nature of the web since its inception 20 years ago.
