Hi! Want to use the chat....but am really new to all of this. When I clicked on Java.com to install...a box came up saying some things can cause problems.....sorry....very tired.....can't recall exact words.....and I KNOW this is all really simple ....but a lot of it is new to me.
Is it a safe place to go on is what I'd like to know before I click anything else!!! On my own with learning all this .....other than reading through books. Bonji4 |

I just installed it to my MIE browser..and had no problems. Chat seems to be enabled....with no hassle.
I already had it within my Mozilla browser. I don't think there should be a problem there,. Go for it! ![]()

From what I understand there are no problems with Chat on this site. DocJohn works at keeping this place safe, and that includes the chat room area.
![]() Will look forward to chatting! ![]()

Hey. Yeah, Java is pretty safe. You don't want to go downloading things when you don't know what they are and stuff, but Java is reputable. DocJohn has provided a link to the authentic site too, so it should be okay :-)
Sometimes... Things can go funny. More generally, I guess. Computers can be like that. I've never heard of anyone having a problem with downloading Java, though. |
