Able to enter the chat now and chat... My username appears without the underscore though as SilentEfforts instead of Silent_Efforts.

And via my mobile, I am unable to see the most recent message cause the bar in which I'm supposed to type to post a message covers it.

I don't like this one. I tried it on my droid and the text was so tiny. If there was a setting to blow it up I surely didn't SEE it or anything else. :-D

Your browser sets what size font you want to use in the new chat room. So just check your browser settings on how to increase the font size and that should work.

The mobile version isn't showing the last line of chat in chrome on android.

Works fine on laptop but on mobile it says I need to login even though it says 'Welcome pegasus' I can see the Lobby and Adult chat but no others. When I try to post, it says I need to login.

Finally, chat that works with a proxy!

I had the login problem as well. Clicking random buttons like Rooms at the top seemed to fix it.

It looks like chat is struggling to show images before the nicknames (I'm assuming avatars). I see image placeholders, then they disappear, then they reappear.

Scrolling was glitchy, now it's okay.

Also, you can only be in one room at once. That might be how it's always been.

And chat history is quite short. If you step away for too long, you have no idea what you've missed.

EDIT: my previous posts were about the mobile version. This one is regarding the regular one. Accessed both from my Android phone.

missed.

I do like how you can choose your color (more choices), font, and font size though. That's really cool.

The new chat doesn't support uploading an avatar, so please don't try it. It will mess up your chat profile. The chat uses your forum avatar.

While I appreciate people might have a preference, we are sticking with the new chat and are going to work to ensure it meets people's needs well into the future.

Finally worked for me on iPad device... and the chat atmosphere with PC members was uplifting! Wonderful bright light in my otherwise dark world.

Is there a way of increasing font size just on your own end instead of everyone choosing different sizes showing up in chat? Me and my old eyes chose to simply zoom in a bit and make everything bigger and that works fine with me, but some choose to use a huge font in chat instead which is a little messy.

I was able to enter the new chat tonight through the link in Doc John's post and the chat link at the top of the page. Am too tired to night to sort out the new features, but what I saw looked good.
