I read the guideline but idk if that applies to phones too. I have an I phone and I can't use Mobile chat or normal chat. It goes to a white page and says warning about headers. So maybe the chat can't fit on my phone specifically. Idk I just am confused so I waz wondering if anyone knows of this and has solutions. Thank you.

What version iPhone are you using? We've tested it on 5 and 5s and it works fine as far as we can tell...

I can't seem to get on chat from my Android either. I get an error about some lost parameters or whatever.
