Since late last night I've repeatedly entered chat and had that anti-ghost thing happen- where everyone else can see what i type and that i have entered [and people are clearly chatting, as I can tell by occasionally checking the log]- but I can't see any one else and there are no announcements upon entering or other people entering or exiting.

Tried the following:

• logging off of chat and psychcentral and logging back on
• attempting to use chrome, firefox and IE
• changing my password
• logging off of my network and logging back on
• restarting my computer
• trying from a friend's network

thats the basic order of how i tried things but a couple may be switched around

so... out of ideas at this point.

They are probably reworking some things and the programming got messed up on the internet itself, but I dont know this for sure. I hope they fix it soon. Hugs.

There was difficulty early this morning but cleared up by 4am. Many members could not login no matter the sys, device, whatever were being used. Seems resolved... at least for now.

Same thing just happened to me but it's ok now

Yeah I just found it had resolved. It usually only happens for a few minutes so having it occur from 12am/1 until at least when I posted was surprising and couldn't figure it out.

Yes, because it's been an intermittent problem, it's been hard to trace. But it usually resolves itself for members in about 10 minutes' time. And someone else posted you can still use chat during that time by temporarily using mobile chat instead.
