This seems to happen pretty often, so I thought I would share this, and hopefully this will get stickied up at some point. When chat is broken (You can tell when it is because it appears no one is talking and the system doesn't say you logged in), You can enter via Mobile Chat and it will work properly. Just highlight the Chat button and scroll down to Mobile Chat. Hope to see you all in Chat!
