Not sure how any of this works as I signed up for the site then was hospitalized. I'm now out, and confused by a few things. The main confusion is when I "ask a therapist" a generalized question, how will I know IF it's answered. Also, if I have no clear diagnoses at this point by a panel of doctors how do I know which forums to be a part of...

Hello Patient999, I think with the 'ask the therapist' thing, you have just keep an eye on it but I'm not absolutely sure on that one. As far as your other question, you are welcome to post wherever you feel comfortable. Welcome back!

Hi, Patient999, glad you found PC. It's a great place to get and give support. Check out the forums. If you see something that interests you just jump in and post. Soon you will find which forum fits you best or even more than one. You will also get to know us better when you are posting. Best wishes.
Confused greatly.

i hear people say that the Sanity Quiz has a function of highlighting areas where you report difficulties, and recommends seeking more information on that,,, in the Sanity Quiz forum, at the very top in DocJohn's post is the link to the quiz...

until then you can post in New Members, or General Mental Health forums...
best wishes~
Gus

Thank you so much, the feedback on this is greatly helpful and reassuring! I'm going to do the quiz to see if any of the suggested forums could help.
Thanks for this!
