What's the best way to search the forum for topics so I'm not re-posting things that are always talked about? The amount of posts in here is overwhelming, even with the search function.

Are there sections? Like a medication section? Relationship section? Etc?

Yes, there are various sub-forums. For example, there is one on relationships/communication and one on psychiatric medications.

Scroll to the bottom of most pages and you will find a "Forum Jump" and that lists every forum.

Or hit the search button, then advanced search, then do a keyword search. Say for all posts that contain a certain word, like a specific medication, or whatever youre looking for. You can narrow that search by specific forums within this site.

Welcome!

Also, a list of all the forums is on the index page:

http://forums.psychcentral.com/

(You can search for specific forums in that page by doing a "Find" through your web browser, which may be CTRL-F in most browsers.)

Best,
DocJohn

You could always use google and add site:forums.psychecentral.com, then that'll restrict your results to only sites from PC
