The last few days when I try to get on live chat this flash chat pops up and blocks my access. Any suggestions?

I have and it still redirects me to flash chat. I checked it out because I was considering downloading the app, but they charge for it & I can't afford it. It's really upsetting to me because when I'm having one of those days I could go there and talk to people who understand. Now I have no one to talk to. Any additional help would be appreciated.

Have you tried using a different web browser?
Have you tried clearing your web browser's cookies for this site? That's odd behavior, because in all the browsers we've tried it with, it goes to whatever chat you use from the menu (e.g., most of the menus go to HTML chat; only the Flash chat menu takes you to Flash).

I haven't done anything different at all. I was a regular in the chat rooms for a month or so, and I desocialized for a couple days and when I tried to return a few days ago this flash chat started blocking me. I even downloaded the app but nothing is working. I cleared my cookies, but it didn't help. I checked my browser and I'm running on Android 4. Not sure if that's relevant or not. The chats are one of my most therapeutic activities, I feel lonely.

I finally figured out how to bypass the flash drive chat & reentered pc sociality. Thank you so much for all the help and time you used to help me. This is my favorite place.
