I wasnt gonna complain about the new toolbar as long as it was just a cosmetic issue, but the thing just knocked me off my replying and sucked me into a chatroom - where i was the only person. Then 2 more chatrooms! I use a stylus so its not my big thumbs

Hankster- they are currently tinkering with it, so it may do some weird stuff for a while that it might not normally do. DocJohn recently made a post announcing said "tinkering".

heres the link to the chatbar thread saying they are working on the chat bar maybe what you have having a problem with is part of what they are working on.

mine disappeared right after I marked it that I was offline because I didnt have time to chat with anyone right now. I was going to report it then saw this thread and the one in the link.

that told me they are most likely aware of any or some chat room problems and are trying to clear some of them up.

Lol! And i couldnt get out! It was like one of those ads with the fadey x but there was no x. I was like, how do i get out of here?? It was very much like the TNG grid rooms

thanks for this tip. it made everything at the bottom of the screen go away. click on the the box furthest on the right and the little settings icon (a round scroll/screw) and log out and voila it all disappears.

Thanks. Its worse when the chat bar is THERE on my phone between the edit box and the keyboard, so if i can hide it, i dont get inadvertantly wished into a cornfield!

The new chatbar now shows more people online than only my friends so everyone can now send me private chats if I am available? Even those who are not on my friends list?
I don't like this very much, I have to admit. I mean even on facebook it's only my friends who can chat with me, and for good reason. Making it possible for everyone who is online to chat with everyone doesn't feel right. Is this going to stay this way?

Oh, and that little pop-up that appears every time when someone new is online (like every few seconds) is annoying. Sorry for complaining but I really liked that I had the chance to choose who can see me online and who can chat with me.

Wrong cornfield, my little one. Try Twilight Zone's cornfield with Billy Mumy. Hands down one of the scariest episodes ever. I couldnt watch Lost in Space when i was in high school because i think i was still afraid of that little batarde. Otherwise i could have married my geeky homeroom crush (who loved Lost in Space) and lived happily ever after. Hey so it was all my parents and my brother's fault! Yippee.

Can you click on the xs snd make them disappear? Im down to just one circle in a square in the lower right corner.
