I would like to suggest a forum or at least a sticky thread on social skills and everyday etiquette. It would probably work as a subforum under Relationships and Communication. Not only do I have issues here myself, but I think it would be beneficial to people with specific barriers such as the autism spectrum.

I was just thinking today about getting a book on basic etiquette! Like if you go to a family party (ours can get pretty big, like 40 people), are you supposed to say hello to everyone as soon as you walk in? Really either my mother taught me nothing or i just dont remember. I have pretty awful manners. I will be interested in this, whether we do it in an existing or a new forum. Thanks!

i like your idea, but it would be easy to add a thread to the Autism and Aspergers Forum. you might put a copy of your post in the General Discussion Forum, too. hopefully, other people would let us know what they think politeness looks like to them~! (we aren't all alike on that )

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
