I'm trying to use Tapatalk, and it's not working. This is the only forum I'm having this issue with. I can't view posts or threads, and nothing is updating. I keep getting a message to update to the most recent version, which I have (2.5.2 I believe). I'm using Tapatalk on my iPhone 4S. Thanks!

I am having problems accessing tapatalk. I keep getting the message...package file version doesn't match with the installed version, go to your forums AdminPC--->Plugin&Products--->Manage Products and upgrade by importing the latest installation. I reinstalled tapatalk but I am still getting this message. where do I even find this on the PC forums? Im clueless........HELP!

I'm having the same problem and it SUCKS. No one has responded to my post and I'm in serious need of some good old Psych Central advice!

No need to ever post to the tapatalk forums; we don't check things there. All Psych Central technical problems are handled here only.

Hi folks, we've confirmed the fix was implemented and is working from last night. If you're still having problems, you probably need to ensure you shut down the app on your mobile device, and restart it. If it's running in the background (like on iPhones), you need to ensure it's completely shut down.

Also, having the latest tapatalk app is probably ideal as well.

Grrr so if I am having arguments with tapatalk it is not tapatalk but a PC issue?

I will give it one more try. ... Removing and reloading now
