I don't understand how to post stuff on that app and on the website isn't easier by much. I'm kind figuring stuff about the forums but I'm still having trouble with all of this.

just an observation here, in this thread I see that you have made two posts....just continue doing what ever you did to make these two posts and you are right on track for how to make a post.

a clue to whether you know how to make a post or not is looking at the proof that you posted the question of how to post. sounds silly I know but sometimes it takes the tangible (can see something, ) in order to realize I already know how to do something.
