In the past, I've tried sending emails through Forums at Psych Central - Contact Us Does it actually send emails to admin? It's found above the website footer, in the vBulletin footer:
Contact Us - Psych Central - Archive - Top

I've also tried sending emails to a provided email address but never got a reply. I'm not 100% sure it was talkback@ PC, though.

EDIT: I created an account I was sure would be blacklisted to see if there was a provided email address. It's community@ PC.

I would say that your best bet for contacting an admin would be via pm for a quicker response.

I was thinking of that time I lost access to my account.

Just curious about which methods work (not that I'm planning to forget my password again ).

Forums at Psych Central - Show Groups

Here is a link to all the moderators and admins. If there is an email button next to them you can email someone directly.

Hope this helps.

Yes, there is a dedicated support staffer who reads and responds to all the emails sent to the "Contact Us" email form.

You're welcomed to contact us in whatever form or format you prefer. Keep in mind that your entire community support team here is a set of volunteers, so we don't say you're going to get an immediate reply.

Thanks DocJohn. I appreciate all the great work you and other staff have done here.

Another question: do both community@pc and talkback@pc reach the same person? I ask because the blacklist page offers community@pc as a contact email whereas the contact us page says to contact talkback@pc

Different people, but they know where to send inquiries if it's not in their purview.
