to post when I don't know where I should post, but am just feeling really cold and bad an empty. Sometimes I'm confused a whole lot and can't figure out which forum to post in. I know there is a sub-forum kinda like this (The Garden) in dissociative disorders, but I don't have a dissociative disorder.
Maybe there could be a "general mental health support" forum under the "mental health support" forum? For people looking for support regarding several disorders at once.
Because sometimes it's just as much about the PTSD as it's about the MDD. So I end up not posting at all because I don't know if I should post in Depression or in Post-traumatic Stress.

Thanks. I thought that was only for discussion, not for support.

Hello Breadfish:

It is for both.
