I know I have spoken to several people about rapid cycling in the past though, regretfully, I cannot remember who it was! Id like to talk more with others who experience this as it is something highly stressful. I have it and have had it for some time but Id like feedback on other's experiences and how they cope.

Should I make a social group or what? Just a thought.

If you would like to establish a social group, I think the first step, is to check the FAQ, and then I think it's a matter of contacting a moderator. Not 100% certain, I don't have the FAQ visible, at the moment, as I'm writing from my phone, this evening.
