I've just found out that one of the social groups I belong to and haven't had time to read or post much in will be closing as the owner of the group has requested an account deletion. This group I realise has valuable information that might help myself and others negotiate the NHS and private treatment/support in the UK. I'm sorry that I don't know how this works but is it possible for someone else to take over the group if the member leaves. I hope they reconsider, but I would be willing to keep the group open if this is possible and if it might help anyone...

Thanks,
Fuzzy

I think you need to post to the moderators Fuzzy and see what you or they can do about it.

Actually, this is the right place to post this question. Hopefully DocJohn will answer when he has the opportunity to do so as he is the one who handles Social Group deletions or transfers if that's even possible. Thanks!
