What do the icons stand for?

If you hold the mouse over the icons a text message appears on the screen telling you what it is used for.
Is there a specific one that baffles you?

Hi harley14034
We use icons before we post a thread. They may give the user an idea of what the thread is about. Some threads may need a specific icon (like the red circle with the cross through it, meaning that there is triggering material in the thread; some members may not be feeling 100% up to reading a triggering material on a particular day) Or some icons are happy icons for happy posts. |

I'm curious about the icons on everyone's sidebar on a post.
What is the little triangle with the exclamation point? And why are some of the little person icons red, and some green? I haven't seen any other colors on those, yet. The little icons I'm talking about at at the bottom of the profile box on each of the posts. And maybe those aren't called icons. Just curious. Thanks, Seeker101 |

You're talking about the "Post Icons", I assume.
If you "hover" over them with your mouse, you'll get a little box telling what they all mean. The most important one to remember is the "trigger icon" (Trig) for triggering topics. The other ones are just fun icons you can add to your post depending on your mood or what you're talking about in your post (whether that it's a poll, wanting attention, love/hugs, a question or whatnot).

The red/green tells Ya whose on line right now. The triangle? No idea. I'm on an iPad and I can't hover unless I'm standing on it! I take that back, it's to report a post because I pushed it! Lol |
