Technical aspect... I don't know. I can access the site okay with my iphone but I rarely do.
Privacy is another consideration. Apple phones aren't great about privacy but android is awful unless you go into the privacy settings carefully and uncheck everything. You may not care that Google knows so much about where you go (literally/physically) and where you go virtually but I'd rather Google know as little as possible.

I use Tapatalk to access PC on an iPhone but I think they have it for other phones as well.

There's no "best" smart phone to view Psych Central on. Whatever smart phone you choose should work just fine as long as it's Android phone or an iPhone. Tapatalk is a free (but optional) app available to view the forums on.
