What would be the cause of one of my PC friends not being able to view the album that I just uploaded to my profile?

check privacy settings for the album it might be set so only you can view iit

ok, go to your profile, then the album in question, go into the album, then above the pics on the right go to "edit album" there should then be an option underneath to make it public or private
