I found a cool animated gif of a cat on a treadmill, but it wouldn't upload because the file size was too big (as in megabytes too big!).

Can anyone advise me on good websites to find animated gifs that work on signatures here that will not bust the size limit?

I use personally IRFanview, to resize. But there are many other types of programs where you can resize images to upload.

Thanks - I can look into that to resize, I guess - but I'm also looking for animated gifs and nice images online that already meet the size requirement so I don't have to mess around with resizing it (especially if it doesn't come out all that great).

I hear you about the resizing factor where image quality is concerned. Wish I could be more helpful. Don't really know where you could get something like that?

Maybe if you see ones around here, you could message whomever inspires your desire to find these?
