I did a search and specified post a year ago and older but it only brought up 1500 posts. I'm looking for all my posts. How can I do this?

The short answer is that you can't through the forums themselves. We have to limit the search results returned for all searches, as it's a server-intensive job. And if we increase it for one kind of search (like for all your posts), it's increased for all searches. Unfortunately, that's a limitation of the software we use.
The long answer is that you can using Google with a query like this: site:forums.psychcentral.com docjohn 2004 Change out "docjohn" with your own username and the year with the year you'd like to search on your posts. This will also display posts/threads where your name is mentioned, but it's a pretty good search alternative nonetheless. Best, DocJohn

I have discovered you can substitute a term you are looking for in the last term of the query.
eg I knew I wrote a post with window mentioned so : site: forums.psychcentral.com Bipolarartist window I found all posts where i mentioned window. |
