The only way I am aware of is to send a message to the administrator explaining the problem. They will probably email you a new temporary password.

Your best way to reset your password is to do it on your own.

First, log out.

Then click on this link:

Forums at Psych Central - Lost Password Recovery Form

Then put in the same email address as you registered with and the system will send you a new temporary password. You can then log in and reset it to any password you'd like.
