It's been a big thing as of late that those accessing chat through the website on their phone are not able to use an ignore function when there are issues's requiring self care. Is there a way to have an ignore function implemented for mobile users?

Good question, bumping this to the top, hopefully seen by someone with knowledge about this dilemma.

This is a long-standing bug and one that the developers are aware of. However, they do not consider it something worthy of fixing at this time, so we'll just have to wait until they release a new version that addresses this issue. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
