In your profile, you get to edit your "disorders." I am Bipolar 1 so I selected that. You also have a number of chances to add others. I have a cognitive deficit so I was hoping to be able to select that but I can't. I first found out about the association between the two on PsychCentral so I'm a little surprised I can't pick that too. Not complaining, just making an observation.

there are many people here from many different locations that use different diagnostic manuals. that means sometimes you will find people on here that use different terms\wording for the same thing.

example cognitive deficit is a term used by the IDC diagnostic manual. (some locations use this manual for diagnosing mental disorders and billing insurance.

Here in America we use the DSM 5. here we use the term Learning disorders. it means the same thing that cognitive deficit does in the IDC.

psych central is located in america so Im guessing thats why you cant find it worded as "cognitive deficit" in the list. you might check to see if the american wording (learning disorder) is one of the options.
