I am not receiving notifications for threads that I am subscribed to. I just checked the option to receive emails, and when I look under my profile there is an option to check off notifications on all the threads I am subscribed to. I check all, but I do not get notified within the forum. Please let me know if this is an error on my part or if it can be fixed by admin. Thank you.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Check your Spam, Junk and/or Promotions folders... sometimes email providers mis-classify emails coming from our server as spam.

Hey Doc,
unfortunately I have checked all my emails and haven't gotten any notifications from the forum. Also, I thought that I might see some notifications in the little place on the upper right hand side of the page where my profile name and mood are. At least I have seen it done like this on other forums. I checked the notify button for all the threads I am subscribed to but nothing. thank you.

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
