Hi, im new to this forum and would like to know if it is possible to edit a post i submitted on the "new members" thread. I just realise ive made an embarrassing mistake(wrong choice of a word). It now in pending mode i believe. So can i edit it before it's being post? Thanks.

Unfortunately there is no way for you to edit something that is in moderation. What you can do though is pm a mod/admin and ask them to edit whatever you need edited or to delete that post and you can resubmit another post.

for my own purposes I utilitize the moderation of my posts...what can I say Im a perfectionist at heart .... when this happens to me where I have sent in a post andf then realize Im not happy with what I wrote, I go to the thread\post that I am replying to then click on the report button. in the box that opens up i write the words.....not reporting post, I wrote a reply to this, please do not post it, I am going to write a new new reply.

this lets the moderators know not to post my original reply.
