It's not a pride thing, I just use this feature to help me notice when people have responded to posts of mine, but my count of posts where I was thanked just dropped by a large number (about 30) which I've never seen happen before, from just earlier today.

Thought it worth mentioning in case there is a data problem, if it's not including everything in that number all of a sudden.

Unless I am 30 times unthanked by people all of a sudden, all in the course of an hour or so! That's okay if I am, just doesn't seem so likely that could be what happened.

Yeah just noticed it too but I think it's because someone has had their account deleted.
Thanks for this!

Hm-m-m.. this is interesting, vonmoxie. I didn't realize I have a "Thanks" count. I rarely click the "Thanks" icon. I always just reflexively click the "Hugs" icon...

Oh, I think you're right, Buttercup.. I see now who it was, and she was indeed not stingy with her giving of "thanks".

aw. She will be missed. Au Revoir, mon cherie!

I didn't realize deleting accounts took away thanks. Does it also make the hugs go away?

I think it must, because the replacement "anonymous" names don't show up there.

But you can't ever really take away a hug.

I didn't even realize there was a record of the number of times we were thanked or hugged until I read this.

Me either, but I just checked my profile and there it was. I get thanked about 2 or 3 times per post
Thanks for this!
