Okay, quite a few of them mood descriptors are like so unusable (to me at least).

I find that a lot of times I can't find a description to precisely match my mood or how I feel, like "upset" is a good one.

I bet if you have a suggestion box, you'll get plenty of feedback.

What's the odds of an update?

I'll bet it's some kind of programming language or HTML thing and they're all part of a set. (Not that I really know, my programing knowledge is incredibly limited.) But yeah, if it were possible, that would be cool. What is "yeehaw," anyway?

I'd like a mood button for lethargic.

Thanks for the mood suggestions.

However, whenever this issue comes up, we do have to remind folks that we cannot have an unlimited list of moods there, or it becomes so long as to be unusable to most people. Therefore, we really don't add any new moods to the list (because it is so incredibly long as it is). It's not meant to be an exhaustive list of all possible moods, so the "perfect" mood won't always be found to match exactly what it is you're feeling unfortunately.

Best,
DocJohn

I have noticed in place of using the my mood button people are using the status line to list their mood accurately. if you dont find your mood in the list maybe you can put your accurate mood in there.

I was initially commenting on this thread simply because I happened to notice it while perusing PC. But while we're talking about it, I feel like it would make more sense to trim the list down a little prior to additions. There are probably expressions on there which aren't as relevant as they once were (i.e. how many people say "Tell it to the hand" these days?)

I don't really care one way or another, though. It's a tiny part of the whole PC experience.

Yes a change would be nice, sometimes I can't seem to find a general term...like Amanda said. I'm just a stickler to function and performance.

I would love it if there were a "Manic" mood indicator. I mean they have depressed on there, while we're at it "Hypomanic" "Racing Thoughts" just to name a few. I'm sure there are many many more we could put on there that could express other disorders better, but at least a manic one should be on there...

Yes I settled for hopeless because first I looked for defeated and it wasn't there. Then I looked for giving up and it wasn't there. Then I looked for resigned but yet again nope. So hopeless was as close as I could find but as someone else said I used defeated as my description.
