There are several forums that address esteem issues here... you may like to try these links. I have been an active member of this site for around 2 years. In that time I have received some really constructive feedback and connected with several others with similar challenges to myself in the forums listed below. It would make a good sub-forum though.

I just think it needs to be specific...so that we can identify those behaviors that are continually damaging.
