it gets really annoying at times when I am trying to click on the breadcrumbs to go back to the forum I started in and the dropdown menus above open up. The hitbox for the menu items is too large so when you are not actualy rolled over the button itself, the menu still drops open. I end up clicking on the menu item more often than not by mistake otherwise when I catch it I have to move mouse outside of the dropdown menu let it disappear and go back to where I wanted to click in the first place.

It would be super helpful to us when reporting a technical problem if you could please provide the information requested here:

http://forums.psychcentral.com/commu...ead-first.html

This helps us see what you're seeing, as many times problems are very platform-specific to a particular type of computing device or phone, browser, and/or OS.

Thank you!

I hadn't thought about this but it seems to happen in IE 11 on Windows 7 for the most part. I cannot confirm that here as it is my work computer that has the problem. I suppose it's not something that can really be fixed since it's probably specific to that platform.

Even so, the problem to be more descriptive is this: When I am on IE, Win7, and am in any of the forum threads. If I try to go back to the main section using the breadcrumb type links above the forum (right below the main menu) without moving the mouse into the menu buttons but in the area of the back links, the menu pops up, like the trigger area of the menu buttons overlap with those links in that particular set up/platform.

Again probably not something that can be fixed for a single situation like this, and I have tested in chrome, my go to browser and it seems ok.

Appreciate that you've read and responded to this though! Thank you.

This should be fixed now with the new menu in place.
