I have read the tutorial and FAQ's and still cannot post photo's except to my profile. I can't take a photo off there and post it in a message or in a thread. Can someone help please? My privacy settings are compatible.

Hello Calista+12: The Skeezyks is not enough of a computer nerd to be able to be of much help. What I can tell you is that I have pictures in my photo albums here on PC. When I want to post a picture, I go to one of my albums & left-click on the picture I want. This brings up a screen with the picture & the url below it. I copy this url. Then I go to wherever it is I want to post the picture. I click on the little icon (with the picture of the mountain & the sun... when you hover your cursor over it, it says: "Insert Image".) This brings up a screen where I can then paste the url for the picture I've chosen from my albums. Next, I'll click "Go Advanced" to make sure that the picture is there. Then I can proceed from there with whatever else I want to do before posting the reply or message. I don't know if that makes any sense, or if it's helpful. But that's what I do.

I use a second party image sharing site like Photobucket or Tinypic to upload my photos to, and then use the option to copy the link for sharing the image on forums. Make sure you use the image brackets before and after the link respectively when posting it, otherwise you'll just get hyperlinked text aka a link you can click on to go to have the image pop up.

The image brackets are the letters img in [] brackets at the beginning, and /img inside of [] brackets at the end.
