I don't know how to get the chat to come up on my computer...I think I've put in the correct port and I've downloaded Java....I have a pretty new computer and i don't understand why I can't open the chat.....also my login name and password is not found when trying to log on to the sanity score....any help would be appreciated!

IDK about the sanity score... unless you were here by another name.... you have to use the one you signed up with.

With chat...hmmm you have to allow pop ups for this site address..make sure it's in your allow list?

Yep, if it's a new computer, I'd say the problem's in the settings or possibly the firewall you're using?

A great thing to do, if it's new, is to call customer support and take advantage of their care. Help!!!
