Welcome to PC!

There are 3 places you can post this.

General Q&A - Forums at Psych Central : here you can ask any question.
Are you wondering whether you should go to a therapist (most psychiatrists don't do therapy)? Then you can post here: Psychotherapy - Forums at Psych Central
And are you wondering whether you should see a psychiatrist for medication? Then you can also post here: Psychiatric Medications - Forums at Psych Central

By the way - PsychCentral users generally use shorthand: pdoc for psychiatrist, and T for therapist. So if you see someone talking about a T or a pdoc, you know what they're talking about.

Good luck!

Thanks for this!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
